  • Before Work Begins: A full or partial refund may be issued if the client cancels the project before any design, development, or planning work has started.

  • Project Delay by Quick Weber: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be offered.

  • Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental double billing or overpayment, a full refund of the excess amount will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Client changes mind after project has started

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete inputs

  • Services rendered as per the agreed scope

  • Marketing or SEO services where results are influenced by many external variables
